Full day or short walk
The free walking tours take 2 to 4 hours in a group. This private version fills a whole day with one guide, so you can go deeper and change the pace.
Ask on the activity page what the route includes and whether entry fees or transport are part of the price.
Historic or modern
Civitatis also lists a private modern Shanghai tour of the same length. Many visitors choose one of the two rather than both, depending on whether they care more for old lanes or for the skyline.
