Ticket, transfer or guided visit?
These are different products. An admission ticket may leave you arranging the journey and navigating independently. A transfer can solve transport without providing interpretation. A guided visit should tell you clearly what language and services are included.
A ticket gets you in; a plan gets you through the day
Decide whether your priority is independent time, interpretation from a guide or a simple arranged journey. Separate those needs before choosing a product. Read which part of the experience the seller is responsible for.
Check visitor-document details, ticket redemption and the exact entry arrangements. An order confirmation and an admission document may have different roles; follow the instructions sent with your booking.

Three small details that make the day easier
Keep your confirmation accessible offline. Save the meeting point in Chinese as well as English. Charge your phone and leave time to find the right entrance. Those practical details make the experience easier without filling every hour of your trip.
Check your exact booking
Confirm the visitor names, document requirements, entry date and cancellation conditions. Keep the booking confirmation accessible offline and follow the seller’s instructions for collecting or using a ticket.

Work out the journey from your accommodation, allow time at the destination and keep the return plan realistic. Give yourself room to appreciate the visit rather than booking a tight connection immediately afterward.
