What the ticket includes
The listing includes the train ticket, free Wi-Fi on board, chargers and plugs in some carriages, and free shuttle buses from Hong Kong and Kowloon stations to hotels in the centre.
You choose your destination station at purchase: Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi, each as a one-way or a return ticket.
Using the voucher
After booking you receive a PDF voucher that you must print and take to the customer service centre at the airport, with your passport or photo ID, to get the ticket. The voucher is valid for one month, and a one-way ticket must be used on the day you exchange it.
This listing is not refundable and cannot be changed. In a tropical storm or cyclone the train runs a limited timetable, so keep a backup plan on those days.
